Kareena Kapoor Khan Calls Saif Ali Khan A ‘Family Man’; Says He Is ‘Very Chilled Out And Supportive’
Kareena Kapoor Khan speaks about her husband, Saif Ali Khan. She calls him a ‘family man’ and talks about how supportive he has been during her second pregnancy.
Bollywood actors Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan are currently having a gala time in the Maldives with their two sons - Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan. Kareena and Saif welcomed their second child earlier this year. While the actress is busy breaking stereotypes, she recently spoke about the support she has received during her pregnancy, from Saif. She called him a ‘family man’ and talked about how supportive he has been during her second pregnancy.
Kareena Kapoor, in a conversation with NDTV, mentioned how Saif Ali Khan has cooked meals for her or given her a foot massage. “Saif is very chilled out. He is somebody who is hassle-free and that’s the way he wants to live his life,” she said.
“He was cooking as we had a lot of time on our hands. During the lockdown, we spent a lot of time together.”
Kareena further said, “I think that’s the silver lining that Taimur got so much time with Saif and me.” She said that the time Saif and she got with their kids Taimur and Jeh, even after Jeh’s birth has helped them all as a “unit, and a family”. Kareena said that the time she and Saif spent with their kids has given them a lot of memories. She then went on and called Saif a family man. Bebo recently launched her debut book, Kareena Kapoor Khan's Pregnancy Bible, wherein also, she has spoken at length about how Saif Ali Khan was a big help during her two pregnancies.
Kareena, in the chat, also opened up about how Saif had requested her to show him the photos of his which she will be using in the book. The actor had told his wife that he wants to see all the pictures of his, that will be in her book. Kareena added that Saif Ali Khan is “very supportive” as a husband. She said that she is very lucky as Saif is “very understanding” as he gave her the support she needed during the filming of Laal Singh Chaddha or while her stay at the Pataudi palace with son Taimur. Kareena concluded, “We have this pact, which I think very well works for us.”
Saif Ali Khan and Kareena jetted off to the Maldives, a few days back to ring in the former’s birthday. The Khan family celebrated Saif’s birthday on the beautiful island.
On the work front, Kareena has Laal Singh Chaddha in the pipeline, while Saif has Adipurush, and Bhoot Police in his kitty.
